Hey! So I’m trying to edit my “Shop” store not my Shopify.
every time I go to “Customize” the store it doesn’t let me click on anything. Any help?

Just to gather some additional context, are you receiving any specific error messages? As this information will allow us to assist you better in this situation.
I would suggest trying to clear the cache on your browser and try this action again. If the issue persists, could you try to use a separate browser to see if that works? For example, if you are using Safari - try this on Google Chrome.
Let me know if that does the trick.
No error messages , cleared cache , it just won’t let me edit anything. I was just trying to change the cover picture for my shop.

In this case, if you are still unable to make changes to the Shop page after selecting the option to Customize. It would be best to allow our live support to take a further look into the situation. You can get in touch with our live support by logging into your online store using the Contact Us page. This will allow us to securely verify you as the store owner.
Once you successfully login - you will be directed to the Help Center. Select the topic that you would like assistance with to locate the options to Get Support and speak directly with a Support Advisor about making changes.
