When I try to click on each of the page, it doesn’t go anywhere.
Now if I were to select one of them and press edit, it goes to a bulk editor page which I’m not able to change the content of the page either. I attached some picture below.
Eunice here from Shopify, thanks for posting! How’s it going?
To edit a page your should be able to click on it to edit the description, without selecting the check box. This video clip provides a demonstration.
If you’re not able to click the page you’d like to edit the description of then I recommend clearing your browser’s cache and cookies. Sometimes our browsers can hold onto old information causing issues like this to arise. To learn how to clear the cache and cookies of your browser check out this link.
If you’re still not able to click on the page after clearing your cache and cookies then I recommend contacting Shopify Support so we can investigate further. While we’re not able to provide account-specific support via the Shopify Community at this time, we’d be happy to continue assisting you through live chat, email, or callback via the Shopify Help Center. This video clip shows you how to access the chat and email option. If you would prefer to speak with someone over the phone, please log in to your store when prompted to view the callback option. For the fastest support, I recommend selecting the chat option.
You’ve got a nice collection of pages there, and it looks like you’re currently working on your return policy, is that right? It’s no doubt that customers can sometimes be unsatisfied with their order and might ask for a replacement or a refund. But without a proper system for handling these requests, they can eat up a lot of time and energy. With this in mind, I recommend checking out this blog to ensure you have implemented a return policy that not only suits your business but you as a store owner too.
