How can I edit one default page without affecting the other on Dawn theme?

hi, i would like to know something about “default page”.

i have two default page “about us” and “faq”… when i modify something it changes on both pages.

is there anything i can do to modify only one page ? (please don’t say me to write in page content).

If you want unique changes on both pages then you need to create separate templates for both pages.
