I am based in the UK and I am using Shopify customer accounts to process returns. The issue I have encountered is that the return request emails are based on the US and providing a shipping label. Can the return request approved email be changed to a generic piece of text that outlines how the customer can return their order and includes all the info they need?
Unfortunately, the return request approved email isn’t something that lives in your theme like Prestige, so you can’t edit it directly through the theme code. It’s part of Shopify’s built-in system emails which you can find and customize under Settings → Notifications in your Shopify admin. From there you can scroll down to the “Returns” section and click on Return request approved.
