I paid for one year on the 10th of dec and now i have deactivated my store 18th of dec, i would like to ask for a refund since the business didn’t start as planned and i had the store only for a minute.

As stated in the Terms of Service (Section 14.10), Shopify does not issue refunds. However, we do also understand that extenuating circumstances may arise. Therefore, it is possible to escalate a refund request to the Billing team to have them review it.
