Thanks for reaching out with this - I can understand this is not ideal! If you still have funds being deducted, then the account must not be fully closed yet. The first thing to do here would be to ensure your store is indeed fully closed. You can find a guide and steps on store closure right here. Once you have the account fully closed, you will no longer receive any further invoices from Shopify.
As for a refund of the paid invoices - A refund request can be made to our live support team. Requests are considered on a case-by-case basis so a refund is in no way guaranteed.
