How can I get a refund for my unused annual subscription?

Hi, I created a Shopify account just to check it out.
I chose a 1 year plan with the intention canceling the subscription after a couple of days.
Three days later I see that I have received a 312 Dollar bill. How can I get a Refund?

Thanks for explaining your situation. I understand that you signed up to a yearly subscription for your Shopify store, but didn’t cancel before you were charged and would now like to pursue a refund. I’d be happy to help steer you in the right direction here.

As per Shopify’s Terms of Service page here, we generally do not offer refunds for things like subscriptions. However, I understand that sometimes mistakes are made so I would encourage you to reach out to our support team using this link at your earliest convenience. I cannot promise any refunds however one of our advisors can take a closer look at your account and do their best to accommodate you. You mentioned that you chose the plan with the intention of cancelling after a few days - were you just testing Shopify out perhaps?
