How can I get a refund for my unused annual subscription?

Hi!

I started a Shopify account this year on a free trial and I was charged for an entire year of Shopify today. I would like this to be refunded please, I meant to cancel my subscription because I cannot work on it at the moment I’m very busy. I plan to open up Shopify subscription again in the future but for right now can you please refund the charge? My account is under this email and I can provide any other necessary information. I really cannot afford to pay this charge at the moment and it would be greatly appreciated if you could cancel the charge, I have deactivated the store today.

I was told the data will be retained for two years, so I can resume the store in the near future.

Have you tried contacting our Support Team regarding a refund for your store? We do not have access through the Community forum to offer refunds, nor do we have access to your store. Contacting our Support Team would be your best option.
