How can I get a refund from a fraudulent online store?

Dear Shopify Team,

There was a store called https://deals-escape.myshopify.com/ (which used Shopify as a prop), over which I had ordered something (with Order ID: 1145) on 24th March 2021.

While the order is yet undelivered and the payment is already done, what i am seeing now is the store does not exist and the owner of the store whose email id is:

carterkeishaghhcy80@gmail.com

not responding at all.

Please help me get my money refunded and take necessary action over fraud store admins using Shopify’s name to lure people into such scams.
