I around 42 hours back created a Shopify account and worked on it but it did not work well for me and I had very few sales. Today I had received a message That I have been charged for my monthly basic plan. I just had forgotten to cancel the account. Please refund my money. I’m a student and I really need this money. I had already mail you and started a live chat too but had no response

To make sure you get the support you need, it is imperative that you connect with our Live Team directly and create a support request. I realize you have tried to create a request via email and live chat, but I’m not sure if you were able to get in touch.
Please try using a private or incognito window to rule out any local errors the next time you connect with us via live chat and we can certainly look into the request.
