Thought the billing deadline was at a diffrent date

Hey Shopify team,
I created a Shopify store and worked on it but it did not work well for me and I had no sales. Today I received a message that I have been charged for my monthly basic plan. I thought the deadline was at a later date and I couldn’t cancel the account on time. Please if possible refund my money. I’m a student and I really need this money.
