Hi, i want to know how can I make my customers fill out a form where they can enter their size? Im building a site for traditional clothes, so i wish to get the size of leg, hips, shoulder, chest and all that from the customer so that I can stitch it according to their sizes.

I suggest that you can create a Google form contain all the needed information then to embed the form into theme by click on the Send to > Choose the last option which looks like this “<>” then copy and paste the code into custom HTML/ Liquid section on Shopify dashboard (It depends on your theme setting). Please try this way.
Another way is using page builder.

@Guleria is right, you have to create a custom form option using metafield for all required types.
Like leg, hips, shoulder, and chest type of boolean, if you set it to true the field will be enabled for the user.
Make sure the field should be mandatory before adding to checkout or checkout.
