I would like to give access to Sales channels - online store - preferences tab, how can I do this please?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I’m happy to provide some assistance with adjusting permissions on the shop, to ensure this gets resolved. To confirm I’m fully understanding, you are looking to modify staff permissions for a current staff member within the Shopify admin, correct?

If so, I would recommend checking out our Editing Staff Permissions documentation as it touches on this further. It provides a great description of all permissions to ensure you are giving staff access to only necessary parts of the Shopify admin.

To edit sales channel permissions, you can:

  • Head to Settings > Users & Permissions, from the Shopify admin.
  • Select the staff member you’d like to edit permissions for.
  • Scroll to the Permissions section.
  • Within the Apps and Channels permissions, select any sales channels you’d like to grant access too.
  • Click Save.
