Some years ago I put up HTML for mailchimp sign up pop up to execute on my homepage. I am on the Empire theme. I went through every page, but I cannot seem to find where the HTML is! I want to remove it so I can nicely transition over to a new email provider. Please let me know if you have any insights here!

What steps can you provide? Where can I find this code?
I can help you with another sign up popup using another e-ma.il service provider Like Getresponse, Klaviyo e.t.c, and also integrate it to show on your home page.
I am able to do that myself. I’ll need help locating the older mailchimp
code in order to remove that popup. I can’t seem to find that code anywhere
to delete it.
Go to your Shopify where you will select a theme:
Press the action place
you will see the edit code press it
Press the theme liquid you will see it there.
So that is exactly where I went. There is no reference to mailchimp in any
of that code. Yet, when anyone loads up their site on their end the
Mailchimp popup is still active.
That why i said i can help you figure it out.
