How can I permanently delete my account?

Hello,

I don’t use this platform with this email anymore and I would like to delet my account. I did not find it as an option so that is why I am writing. Please give me a solution to delete my account and other personal data, I would really appreciate it, if it is possible. Thank you.

If you are talking about the Shopify community profile you have, you can disable your account by following the instructions below.

  1. In the Shopify community page, click on your name on your right hand top corner, then click My settings.

  2. Then click Close Account

If you’re looking to close your Shopify community account, you can follow the steps @made4Uo has shared. When closing your Shopify community account you can remove your personal information. I recommend checking out our Shopify Community post for more information on How to close your community account.

If you’re looking to close your Shopify store, you can follow the steps in our pausing or deactivating your store resource. Once your store is closed, you can still re-open your store or view your past bills, and your store’s information is guaranteed for 2 years.
