I am trying to contact support/help but cannot find any link. When I try to contact support via the “Contact Support” button on my account’s page I just go into an endless spiral and can not find any way to actually post a question or submit a ticket.
Could anyone advise how I can do this?

If you can contact Shopify through phone, try to get live chat support from Shopify, you can do the following steps:
Step 1: Go to https://help.shopify.com/en, click Get Help at the bottom and this screen will show up.
Step 2: Click Chat with us and fill out all information is required as the picture below:
And that’s it! Send your questions to Shopify, and they will get back to you in no time.
