Thank you for the screenshot! Sorry to hear that you are having issues with setting up Shop on your store. Not to worry, I am here to help you now and provide some guidance on this one.
From having a look at your screenshot, it looks like you are not meeting the requirements of the ‘Shop Merchant Guidelines’. You would need to meet these requirements in order to get this set up and running for your store. Once your store meets all the Shop Merchant Guidelines, you will be able to utilize the search and shopping features. I actually have a helpful doc here which walks you through the guidelines and requirements you need to meet in order to be eligible, have a look at that when you have some time!
Once you have met the requirements needed, you should be successful in enabling Shop for your store.
Aside from that, as we are now in full swing of BCFM, I was wondering how it is going for you? Every year my go-to is this BFCM Checklist. It allows me to make sure that I am making the best use of my time and resources, and it really helps take the pressure off. It is well worth the read should you be interested!
