Im trying to use the marketing tools on shopify store but i keep getting this message: Shopping is disabled and your Shop Store is not discoverable because it does not meet Shop Merchant Guidelines(opens a new window)
Anyone help please?

Thank you for your post! I definitely understand the concern and would love to provide some further insight here.
For context, to be eligible for Shopping, you need to be meeting the merchant center guidelines as listed here.This renders the store to appear on the Shop app. It is also worth checking the products are not listed under the prohibited product types section on that same help doc.
As per the last message on the screenshot there, if you feel you are meeting the requirements and unsure as to why you are not eligible, then feel free to reach out to the Shop support here at this link. This would be the next best steps, as we cannot look into account specifics from the community here ourselves.
