My shop was first connected to both Facebook and Instagram under the same Shopify product catalouge. I was able to tag products on my posts. At some point it got disconnected, the products are no longer tagged from old posts.
I have tried many methods from both Shopify’s end and Facebook’s end to reconnect my pages. However, i am only able to reconnect Shopify to my Facebook page. I keep getting the same error “Please try again” on both Shopify and Instagram. I have also tried adding the account manually in Facebook’s Commerce Manager page, however, it will not let me select the same product catalog so I dont think this is the right method.
