How can I recover a lost account and password for an ecommerce store?

Hi

Can you guys help us out? MY client somehow lost his username and password to access his Shopify store which is https://ecmarketingandconsulting.com/.

The one who works with them building the website is no longer working with them and he did not gave the access… They are trying to contact him however they cannot contact him anymore.

Would it be possible to help us with recovering the email address associated to it? So that we know which email it was and somehow maybe recover the password?

We really need your help on this…
