How can I recover access to my deleted store email?

can anyone help me .. i delete my email for store by mistake and now i cant access my store what should i do to log in store , and i cant recovery my email in google

If you are unable to successfully login to your Shopify store and cannot get access to your admin email address, we will need you to speak with our live support.
