Im currently experiencing problems with my payouts. Its saying my bank account information is incorrect and wants me to go in a correct it. but i dont know the old account and routing number if i put a number in incorrectly. Is there anyway you can help me retrieve my old bank account information from your system. I must’ve put a number in wrong.

I’m having this same issue. I have failed payments and I’ve been advised to update my bank account information. I believe I incorrectly entered the routing number and account number the first time. How can I update the bank account information if I don’t know the old information?

I’m new to shopify and recently got a notification that my bank account info was wrong. and my payments are on hold. but i just had a payment that was successful but showing up on my bank statements, i may have entered the wrong info how do i fix this
I am also dealing with a similar issue.
I did found my account that was closed, but Shopify won’t let me change the accounts because there are too many numbers apparently.
I keep getting a message stating that 'routing number must be 6 digits.
there was never a reply to my email. I need my store to function.
Still need assistance changing my old bank information to my new one!
