I have also have had the same issue when updating my bank payout option. I tried removing the old account but kept insisting i enter my old card details which i have no access to whatsoever. Can you please help remove my old bank card to update a new one. Thank you.

I can’t find a Shopify store attached to your forums email address, therefore I can’t authenticate you to help.
