How can I regain access to my locked business account?

Hi there I received an email, saying my name was the same as someone on the government sanction list, and so i needed to provide photo ID of myself. I saw the email after 2 days and so was locked out of my account. I have now supplied shopify with the necessary photos, however I have not received any updates, if they have been received, and i am still locked out of my account. I need access back to my business urgently, so if someone could help and let me know if my photos have been received or what steps to take, that would be great. Thanks

With this type of issue, the best bet is to get in touch with the Support team directly to have them check it for you.

You could refer to this link, log in to your store account then type in a topic in the search bar, for example, “inactive store” and select Search. On the following page, scroll down to Get Support and click Continue and you’ll be presented with options to contact their Support via chat, email, or schedule a call-back.
