Okay this is beyond ridiculous, there isn’t a number and then there isn’t anyone responding back to tickets being created or even following up? I don’t have access to my email account that I signed up with when I opened my store and I am now locked out of my store and have reached out to chat support and its been weeks with no help or a follow up. They keep saying well keep waiting and rest assured the only reason I couldn’t get into my email or change email is because my laptop where I handle my business related activities got demaged and I had to get a whole new device and couldn’t change the authenticator information because its registered to the old device for my email. I am locked out of my email and my shopify with a business to run. The lack of follow up support is beyond me at this point and shopify is playing with peoples lives at this point. Does anyone know an email to contact them or a number? If not I will have to reach out to bbb to get a response.

@shannon23 I understand that you are waiting on our escalated support team to assist you further with regaining access to your account. If you have managed to escalate your ticket and our support has confirmed this, then there is nothing more that our standard support can do. Our escalated teams strive to reply back within a few business days but that isn’t always possible for them.
@Pripri I understand you are having a problem finding the contact support option in our Help Center. I am happy to help you with that. You should be able to follow this link: Contact Support to contact our authenticated support. You will be asked to sign in, choose the closest topic and issue and on the final page will be a list of help documents and then the heading “Contact Support” with all available support options.
If you are seeing the heading “Contact Support” but no support options listed, please try this instead:
Sign out of the Help Center by clicking your name in the upper right corner and signing out. Then use this link: Contact Support - Can’t Sign In. This should provide a direct option for live chat with our support team.

If you have signed out of the Help Center and use the second link I shared, there should be nothing else required other then to select the chat support option on the page that has loaded.
If that is not the case, please share a screenshot of what you are seeing so that I can help you troubleshoot this.
Totally false
I even tried again a day ago. Who are you by the way ? Someone working for shopify ? Because it sounds like it. They always tell you stuff to get rid of us, like the chargebacks that make no sense.
Once I was chatting with shopify (after joggling all over to get a contact) and opened a different pc not connected with this one and told him and it did not work at all either. The person was trying to change subject because he knew we can no longer reach until we really try every option. This complain is all over the community, and some people are simply unable to reach. They give up before trying every option offered to us. Honestly, maybe you have a different access than us and do not see the problem. Read everything I tried. at the end, when we want contact we should click CONTACT and it is there. Not get options as to why we contact and then click on one and more options and as we click one of these stupid options, you end up back to the 1st page we were to pick a choice, store, billing, na, na na. Please…

Yes, I am a Shopify employee. I absolutely want you to be able to contact our authenticated support, and if you are having issues with doing so I want to help you troubleshoot them.
Can you please share a screenshot of what step you are able to get to in our Help Center and what you are seeing? Does the issue continue to happen in another browser?
Also, this link Contact Support - Can’t sign in should bring you to a live chat option directly but you must be signed out of the Help Center to do so. This option will allow you to connect to our support without authenticating your account, meaning that our support will be limited. If you are unable to use our authenticated options for any reason then out chat support team can help you troubleshoot that.
