I would like to renew my expired domain that was purchased through Shopify. I’ve been attempting to find contact info but when I follow the directions it keeps leading me to the contact support main page. Please help.
If you’re unable to renew the domain after clicking your domain URL in Online Store/Domains, then the renewal will need to be processed by Shopify Support. You can contact Shopify Support by logging into your store through the help center, manually searching your question/issue, then selecting "continue" at the bottom of the page that displays the search results.
