How we handle your domain query depends very much on whether you currently have an active account with us or not. We have a guide on renewing your expired domain.
If you do have an active Shopify account, is it a Shopify-bought domain or a third-party domain?
What errors are you receiving when trying to renew your domain and where are you seeing them? Do you have any screenshots you can share with me of the error message? How long has your domain been expired for, please?

Unfortunately, I didn’t solve the problem.
There is also no way to contact support. Because when I click on the support button, it sends me again to choose a store and topics.
I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble finding our support team.
If you go to our help center and click Contact Support you will be prompted to either login or continue without a store. Once you have selected an option you will be asked to ask about a topic. Search for your query and relevant help docs will populate as well as the option to proceed to live chat or email.
