Hello, really need help renewing my domain , I forgot to set it on auto renew prior to it expiring and as far as I’ve found I cannot renew it on my own. I’ve read through forums, Google tried to email support I seen some one else get help really hoping someone can.

I understand that you need to renew your domain after it has expired, but are having difficulty doing so - I would be happy to explain the next steps you can take.
Can you please confirm if the domain was purchased on Shopify? If so, then I would suggest contacting our support team at your earliest convenience. If you don’t see an option to renew the domain in your admin, then we will need to take a closer look at your account which we cannot do here in the Community, so you will need to connect with our team via our help center here.
If the domain is still within the expiration grace period then we may be able to assist, however there are several factors determining this grace period so we cannot make any guarantees that you will be able to renew the domain and retain ownership.
If the domain is third-party and was purchased via an external host (you mentioned Google in your post so perhaps you bought it from Google?) then you will need to contact the third-party host directly to discuss the options available to you. They may be able to assist with renewing the domain manually, so I would recommend contacting them as soon as possible.
