dispute the charges with whichever bank/company you used and show them you have a conformation email you can no longer access. I would say report the store if it’s possible but shopify has a 30 day wait policy (stupid imo) but yeah you’d have to wait 30 days just to report the store so I personally would contact the bank and get your money back. hope you can get it back mate.

I promise you Shopify is letting stores rob people as long as they get their fee who cares. They are making us at fault for not doing our homework before buying I just lost 830.00 they stole my kids Christmas money this year and all they can say is sorry about your luck. We are beside ourselves over this money and the store that robbed us and got shutdown opened the exact same store a day later it’s up and running now. Shame on Shopify for supporting scammers
