How to handle being scammed by an online store?

To shopify… i have been scammed by a shopify store, over $100.00.

When i click on view store activity, the response is "oops, something went wrong “, and " store no longer exists”.

When attempting to notify shopify, seller store info is “invalid”.

Email of store thief is:

jlesslingtranen4@gmail.com

store seller does not provide shipping info and does not respond to emails after purchase transaction is complete. I have been scammed by this individual.

Did you use this link to report this store and the information came back as invalid? If you cannot reach the seller via email, can you check if they have any social media pages set up so that you can contact them there? If that doesn’t work, I would suggest checking over our buyer FAQ page here for some next steps. That being said, your next best step here is to reach out to your bank/credit card provider and discuss possible refund options. We would not have contact details for individual stores or information on what they sell, and we cannot provide refunds as they are independent businesses.
