Can someone please help me and make sure I am on the right place to ask. The Shopify app is so confusing and has been no help. The only way I can get help is to make an account as if I’m a merchant even though I’m trying to report a merchant.
So I have been trying to contact a merchant for months about an order I placed back in January of this year. On the Shopify app it still says order placed. When I click on report an issue with order, I am unable to submit because I don’t have a URL for the shop.
I contacted the merchant 6 TIMES. The website link no longer exists and I can’t contact anyone through Shopify unless I put a URL. Even when using the AI chat it prompted me to make an email as if I’m a merchant. I just want a refund and to actually speak to someone.
I am not a merchant nor do I sell on Shopify. The merchant I bought from no longer has a website. I can only use the email I got from my order confirmation.
please help this system is so frustrating
