Scam Website

I bought a physical product on shopify website. I paid with my credit card.
But website owner never sent me any product. When I conacted him he asked for order number and after started ignore me. I contacted him about 30 times in different ways - but he never sent product. What should I do in this situation? How can I refund money? Is there shopify support to solve this?
