How can I resolve my billing issues with my new online store?

I am new to shopify..i love using shopify..

I had a store which was running but i my self deactivated it. And then i build a 2nd store,the issue in the 2nd store is,it is not accepting my billing debit card, and now i cannot bill to shopify ..i want a solution for that…plz help me out

Your credit card has issues. Please use a different card.

What kind of issue it could had brother.can u please tell me in a little brief..i have a visa debit card.

Sometimes cards just get rejected based on country, banking policies, etc. You will have to check with bank what is the issue.

Once you have logged in to your account, type your request in ‘Ask about a topic’, scroll down to ‘Get Support’, and then click ‘Continue.’
