How can I resolve repeated errors while adding a card to my shopPay account?

I have been trying to get a hold of SOMEONE that can help me with my shopPay account and all I have received is useless unhelpful emails. I have been trying to add another card to my account for almost a week and I continuously get the same error over and over. Everyone keeps saying delete your account and retry, check all your stuff and make sure it is correct and it all is. No one is helping me and this is SOOOOOOOO frustrating. SOMEONE THAT CAN ACTUALLY ASSIST PLEASE DO!!!
