I am also dealing with this issue in my shop.app and it’s quite infuriating trying to get any customer support on it. It’s been almost two days of back and forth with zendesk customer support emails because no one will provide a simple phone line or chat option to discuss the issue one on one. Worst part is, the card I’m trying to add has been on the account before with no issues. Practically locked out of using shop.app on any website or making a payment on any website that uses shopify as is primary payment method.
