Hello,
We are waiting to buy plans to integrate with shopify. We are wondering if there is a way to send product feeds to Shopify other than manually uploading , like uploading to ftp and in the same way get order files from a certain ftp location. If there is a way, where can we get file formats? Did anybody implement through this way?
Thanks
When it comes to uploading orders to an FTP server, you can use our app Exporteo. You can configure it to get a desired file format (CSV, JSON, XML, etc.).
You’ll also find apps that can import products from an FTP location, for example, Stock Sync.
Thanks LukaszWiktor! So Shopify doesn’t provide ftp location or credentials, we have to do it through partners?
No, Shopify doesn’t provide any FTP accounts. You can only import/export products manually via a CSV file. You can also export orders to a CSV file from your Shopify admin panel. If you want to automate the process, then the only option is to use the Shopify API. That’s what apps are doing.
Hi LukaszWictor,
Help me please to understand this topic better, because I’m pretty new in Shoopify, too!

I have to upload a feed from my new seller, it’s that possible? It implies any extra costs for me?

What is more exactly that API shopify and this app support Ella Theme?

Also, please, recommend me a new theme suitable for DIY products, products that have many variations, sizes, colors (product specifications). I already bought the Ella theme, can I use something from there?
Thank you,
