How Do I track customer account welcome emails - or other emails automatically sent via shopify that I can not turn off?
I would like to understand who has received these emails and see the click rate, conversion rate etc.

We use Klaviyo, but I don’t understand how to see the analytics for the emails sent through shopify.
But this doesn’t show the automated emails sent by shopify.
For example the Customer Account Welcome how do i track this?
This is about creating an account.
I can not stop the Customer Account Welcome email from shopify, so Klaviyo send my second and third email after someone creates an account - but not my first because there is no way to turn the Customer Account Welcome email off from shopify. So if shopify force me to send this email, I would like to understand if people are opening it, clicking on it etc.

As far as I understand, we are not able to disable some of the automated emails from shopify like the Customer Account welcome. Are you able to disable them?
I don’t think I have a pop up’s section, not that I can see any way - also I don’t want to disable customer accounts - just to be clear.
Hi @Theofield - I have yet to find a way to do this without using a third-party app. I recommend the UpOrder app, which has a nice pay-as-you-grow model and is quite effective at driving additional revenue from Shopify’s transactional emails.
On their “reports” page, you can see analytics for various transactional emails including the Customer Account Welcome email (showing my development store which is why there is nothing to see):
