Before transferring a domain from your Shopify store there’s something you’ll need to know: You are only able to transfer out your domain after 60 days of purchasing it. To transfer your domain to another domain host, you need to unlock your Shopify domain and provide your new host with a domain authorization code.
Also, remember that your domain will be locked again if you don’t complete your transfer within 30 days.
