It would be good if shopify can give an option to convert Abandoned checkout’s into confirmed orders. There maybe few scenarios where we would like to convert them to confirmed orders and it becomes difficult to create order from start.

Abandoned checkouts are a great way to capitalize on customers who are very close to making a purchase. When you say you are looking for an option to convert abandoned checkouts into orders, what do you mean exactly? I’d be happy to provide some feedback to our team on your behalf once I understand what it is you are looking for a little better. A detailed example would be very helpful here.
To clarify, it is possible to automatically email a customer a link to their abandoned checkout, which contains the same items they left in their cart. The customer can then open this link, and proceed to checkout. When this happens, the order will show as Recovered in the Abandoned checkouts section.
To incentivize your customers even further, you can also automatically apply a discount to abandoned checkout emails. This can further encourage a customer to make a purchase. There are some interesting statistics on shopping cart abandonment as well as strategies on how to recover those sales in our blog if you’re interested in learning more.

Thank you for quick response.
It would be a useful feature to convert abandoned checkouts into orders from admin panel with click on single button.
If we can select the “abandoned checkout” >> A button to convert this checkout into confirmed order.
There are few cases where we would like to do this. Sometimes customer payment goes through however order is not confirmed due to numerous reasons and checkout remains abandoned. In this case it would be very helpful to directly convert that checkout to order from admin panel.
There will be few other scenarios like this where this feature would be useful.
