Do you have a Shopify-hosted or third-party hosted domain?
If you have a third-party domain, can you head into your DNS settings within your third-party domain account and ensure all the DNS records match the below -
A record - 23.227.38.65 (a lot of providers set this via an [email removed] in the host/name field)
C NAME - shops.myshopify.com
If your domain is hosted by Shopify, your DNS settings should be set up correctly. So if the above settings match but you’re still encountering an issue, please send through a screenshot of the DNS error (feel free to blur out any sensitive information) and I can take a further look into this for you!
