Please contact our support team so this can be send to our accounts team for review. You can choose the “Can’t log in to your Shopify account” option and chat in with our team without being logged in.

If you’re unable to log in to your Shopify store because the email associated with your account no longer exists, you’ll need to take the following few steps to regain access.
Log in to your Shopify admin and click Settings > Store > Ownership.
Then, click Transfer ownership and enter the new email address that you want to use for your store.
Finally, click Transfer Store.
Go to shopify.com
Then, click Start free trial and enter the new email address that you want to use for your store.
Finally, click Continue and follow the instructions to create your new store.
