How can I regain access to my locked ecommerce website?

Hello,

Can someone help me with my shopify website. I tried to change the email on my account from my personal email to my business one.

I received an email to my business email asking me to verify and verified the email. Although once I clicked verify, it created a whole new shopify account for me.

Now when I try to access my shopify website (via the old email) i get the following error

I believe I need my website to be transferred to this new account, can someone please help me.
