please help me if anyone have any idea about this been exploring this for few days quite now but i cannot find any option to contact the supprt i have tried every other option out there.. would be much appricated if any of you guys could help me with it. thanks!

it keeps poping me up with this message even though i have the store and i am logged into it. this is just furstrating i dont see a option to live chat with an human rather than this stupid A.I which doenst even know what my issue is.. though i have explained quidarillion times it still doenst get it. what a joke has become shopify nowadays!
