I have encountered a bug on my site and I need to contact someone at shopify directly, I spent the last 5 minutes doing loops around their support page.. it just gives me the option to search their data base or come to the forum. There HAS to be a direct email or something to report issues ~ anyone have a direct contact email address to report tech problems with the platform?
It used to have options you could choose to chat, call or email now it just keeps bouncing me back to login to my store and then gives me the “explore help centre” and visit the shopify community"
VERY FRUSTRATED! It should not be this hard to find an option to chat with support
thank you! I appreciate it! This was the exact menu I was looking for, now they’ve gone in buried it in the section for people wanting to start a store.. it should not be so buried for customer to easily contact them.
I’m glad that @made4Uo instructions have helped you get in contact with support. I just wanted to clarify that the steps provided by them work for all categories in our Help Center. Once you finish following the onscreen prompts to choose your topic/issue you should always see all available Help Center topics as well as all live support options.
If you aren’t seeing that please share a screenshot with me and the steps you took so I can report it!
this is the only option I get , always brings me to this , and when I press these explore - I review all the options , nothing is suitable so I press contact shopify support and get asked what store and so begins the never ending loop of not being able to contact support
I made a short video clip showing the steps from that stage and how to see all live support options. If you are not experiencing the same thing or are still struggling to contact live support please reply back to your most recent billing email to let us know. This way they can authenticate your merchant account and continue assisting you.
