How do I get a refund from Shop.com for an undelivered product?

I got a pillow for my grandchild . I wanted it before Xmas. It never came. I wanted a refund. I got it from Shop.com and they don’t give refunds on there site. I went to Shopify and when I filled out the form, the freaking send button don’t work. I tried multiple times to fill out the form. No luck on Shopify. They need for fix this. Now it’s Feb 2024 and still no pillow or refund. No help from Shopify. No number to call. No nothing.

As more than 4 weeks have passed and you still haven’t received your order, we recommend contacting your bank for steps on how to proceed. This will ensure that the appropriate guidance can be given as well as the next steps on how to retrieve funds to get this resolved.
