Why haven't I received my refund after a year?

It had been over a year and I still have not received my refund. I placed an order March 07, 2021 then the seller contacted me stating that she canceled my order( without my request) in June 26, 2021 and said that I would be issued a refund. Since that time I’ve gotten no refund !!!

For context, Shopify provides the software for businesses to run their own online stores. We don’t directly run the businesses associated with us or have a hand in their orders. For this reason we won’t have more information on this specific order. For more information on an order it’s always best to speak directly to the store you purchased from. Have you had a chance to speak with this shop since they agreed to a refund? If not, I would try to contact them again. They will have the most information on your order and would be able to update you on what happened.

This page here lists some ways to get in contact with a store you purchased from. If you can’t get a hold of them I would then recommend you contact the bank you used for your purchase. They often have processes in place to assist customers experiencing issues with online orders. If this store is using Shopify you can also report the issue with your order to them by completing this form.
