Hi looking for help I placed order last week to sample some of my products. How do I track the order, I don’t see it in regular orders? My card was charged .

I just wanted to jump on this thread and look into this with you.

To confirm, did you place an order on your own store? Did you then request fulfillment through your supplier? Are you using a supplier or dropshipping app? Shopify does not supply products, so you need to have a supplier/manufacturer who you get the products from.

Hi can you help me with the latest info (in 2025) for doing this ? I also want to order hats from our own store as samples for a shoot this week. Please guide me with ordering and if they come at a different price or we pay what is the retail price, etc.
