Instagram asked me to reconnect my account with the Shopify catalog, I tried to do it but now, this is happening. I’ve already tried to put the Instagram account as personal and put it again as comercial, I used the Facebook business manager to connect the Instagram with the Facebook fan page but this is still happening.

This can be done right from within the Instagram app by:
Open Instagram App
Click on Settings
Find “Report a Problem”
Offer a detailed response with your situation and clarifying why you believe your account should be approved
