I have removed Klarna as an app but it is still showing in the checkout - see screengrab.
Can anyone tell me how to remove it? Using Prestige Theme.

To remove an alternative payment method from Shopify checkout, deactivate the payment method (gateway), in your Shopify store admin, under Settings->Payment providers->Alternative payment methods, similar to the steps documented at: https://docs.klarna.com/platform-solutions/shopify/payments/installing-klarna-payments-as-an-alternative-payment-method-on-shopify-hpsdk/#activate-your-klarna-alternative-payment-methods
Note: a payment method doesn’t have to work successfully to show in Shopify checkout, as this case where Klarna won’t successfully display content with Klarna offers after the redirect from Shopify since the Klarna Payments app was deleted; the payment method shows if active.

I’ve taken a look at the apps made by Klarna and I’m only seeing that they have an on-site messaging app, so it’s likely that the Klarna payment method is set up through your Payment settings as described by @KristiAtKlarna .
There are two methods of adding Klarna to Shopify and you’ll need to check which one you may have set up to begin with. The first method is an alternate payment method and you can follow these steps to deactivate alternate payment methods. The second option for setting up payments with Klarna is through Shopify Payments; however, this method is only applicable in Austria, Finland, Germany, and Netherlands. If you’re located in one of these regions, then you can disable Klarna by managing the Shopify Payments settings.
