In my Shopify portal, it states both Klarna and Sezzle are being removed as of July 1st without any explanation and to find other apps to use. Why? Thx.
I feel like they are trying to force their users to use Shop Pay Installments instead. But I will happily covert my website over to Wix before I use their payment provider.
No explanation. Nothing. At least ask if you wanted to get rid of one. Customers depend on these payment plan options.

Same happened to me, so upseting. They are saying klarna app didnt updated for the shopify requirements.
I called Klarna and got it straight. You have to delete the Klarna app from the Shopify app store. Then go into your Klarna merchant account and reactivate it. Call them they will walk you through it. Now I have to call Sezzle.
